We have two studio spaces that are available for rental. The upper studio is large - approximately 1200sq ft - with marley flooring, and the lower studio, slightly smaller - approximately 900sq ft -with hardwood floors. Both studios feature full-length mirrors across the room and movable barres.

Instructions on requesting studio space

• View the studio calendar before submitting your reservation request to ensure that studio space is available.

• Please submit a studio space request form

• Whenever possible, reservations should be requested at least two weeks prior to the date(s) being requested and are contingent upon approval.

Priorities for requests:

Regretfully our studios are not available for use by everyone, and we must prioritize that use. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  

Reservations will be evaluated based on the reservation request, but full-paying reservations will take priority over discounted reservations so if you want to guarantee your weekly hour(s) you will need to pay the maximum rate.

Studio rental is 30% of gross profit but within these perimeters:

Maximum rate paid:

• Upper studio: $65/Day, $50/half day, $25/hour (+$15/additional hour)

• Lower studio: $60/Day, $45/half day, $20/hour (+$10/additional hour)

• Both studios: $75/Day, $60/half day, $35/hour (+$20/additional hour)

Minimum rate paid:

• Upper studio: $45/Day, $35/half day, $10/hour (+$5/additional hour)

• Lower studio: $40/Day, $30/half day, $10/hour (+$5/additional hour)

• Both studios: $55/Day, $45/half day, $20/hour (+$10/additional hour)

*With extended reservations you will lose your reservation after two cancellations. (exception with inclement weather)
